The Agency for the Management and Recovery of Seized and Confiscated Assets (Agrasc) is a public administrative institution established in 2010, and placed under the joint supervision of the Minister of Justice and the Minister in charge of Public Accounts.
Its main responsibilities include: to ensure the centralized management of all sums seized in criminal proceedings in France; to conduct sales of seized movable property before judgment; to handle all publications with land registry services for real estate seizures and confiscations in criminal cases; to manage all complex assets entrusted to it under judicial mandate.

L'Agrasc recherche un.e stagiaire, profil de pénaliste avec une connaissance des questions de saisies et de
confiscations et plus généralement de la dimension patrimoniale de la lutte
contre la criminalité organisée au plan national et international. Prise de poste le 1er septembre 2026.
