Submit a Social Allocation Request

Any public-interest association wishing to benefit from the use of a confiscated real estate property must submit an application file. This file must include a description of how the property will be used and how it will contribute to the public interest. The use must align with the criteria specified in each dedicated call for applications. The availability of the real estate is temporary and is not a donation. It is formalized through a contract, which can either be a temporary occupation agreement for private property or a lease agreement.
